This 23 year-old woman was dissatisfied with her small, A-cup breasts. To find out more about how cosmetic surgery could enhance her shape, she planned a consultation with Alabama plastic surgeon Dr. Beckenstein. After much thought, this patient and Dr. Beckenstein decided together on a breast enhancement surgery to increase her bust size. During her procedure he filled the smooth-shell implants with 310 cc of saline and placed them beneath the pectoralis muscle using an inframammary incision. This type of incision is made beneath the breast where the new breast crease will form, concealing any scarring that may occur.

This patient's new breasts nicely fill out her upper half. Her post-operative results show a significantly improved overall appearance.
