This 23 year old, from Houston, has a significant breast asymmetry with a "tuberous" type right breast and a hypoplastic left breast. Dr. Michael S. Beckenstein, a breast surgeon from Birmingham, Alabama placed Mentor variable fill implants underneath her pectoralis muscles. when filled with 240 cc of saline, the implant diameter was approximately 11.4 cm in diameter. This patient also had a right periareolar mastopexy ( lift) in conjunction with the breast augmentation to attain better symmetry. She now wears C cup bras.
