This patient is 1 year from a bilateral breast reconstruction with an inverted T ,dermal fat flap method. She has cartilage graft nipple reconstruction with areolar tattoos. Nartelle 133 MV 13 tissue expanders were used followed by 468 anatomic, saline implants.
