Combining a breast lift with augmentation can create a better overall breast shape by removing extra skin through the breast lift procedure and then filling out the breast contours with implants for improved projection. These combined procedures can balance the size of uneven breasts (see this blog post). The nipples can also be resized and repositioned to look smaller and more proportional to the new breasts.
